Mortgage Financing – The mainstay of our business is in providing appraisals for banks and other institutions for mortgage lending and/or internal collateral analysis. We are approved by a large number of Central Florida’s top real estate lenders who use our services for this purpose.
Doctor/Partner Dissolutions – We provide appraisals to assist in Doctor or Partner buy-ins and buy-outs of the medical practice when the real estate is involved. We have provided this service to a number of smaller medical practices and several of Orlando’s largest medical groups.
Estate Planning – We provide appraisals to assist in estate planning and related IRS documentation.

Medical Offices – Chief Appraisal has extensive experience appraising medical office properties having appraised over 100 facilities over the past 5 years. Industrial Properties – Ranging from small owner occupied office/warehouses to larger multi-tenant properties, Chief Appraisal has appraised over 150 industrial properties in the past 5 years.
Lodging Facilities – Rick McGee has significant experience in the valuation of lodging facilities. Assignments have included small bed & breakfast inns to large resort properties. Mr. McGee has appraised over 250 hotels.
