Rick has over 30 years of experience working in Central Florida’s commercial real estate market. He has been President and owner of Chief Appraisal Services, Inc. since 1996 and has extensive experience with a wide variety of medical and professional office, industrial, lodging, retail, and other property types. Rick practices a hands-on approach, personally inspecting every property and thoroughly reviewing each report prepared by Chief Appraisal. Rick has earned the highly regarded MAI commercial appraisal designation from the Appraisal Institute and graduated from Florida State University with a Major in Real Estate. He has qualified as an expert witness in several Federal and State Courts.
Trisha has been with Chief Appraisal since its inception and has been integral to its success. She has an Associate Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Although Trisha has prior experience in appraising, she currently is responsible for all office management, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources and data management.
